Walk in someone else’s shoes

To walk in someone else’s shoes means that you feel what they are feeling in that moment and if they are sad or feeling a bit down then show some empathy.
Empathy means that if someone is sad that you ask what is wrong and if they are angry then you can help calm them down or if they want to talk about it or they maybe just want to talk about normal things and let the bad feeling go away.
Here are some examples of when you need to show empathy if someone says that someone said they can’t play with them and then you could ask if they wanted to play with you or if someone died in there family then you could ask if they want to have a play date with you and then you could do fun things to cheer them up and don’t talk about it and act like nothing ever happened to get it out of there
